fentanyl on street?/Missing?

Hi everyone,

Heads up – 20 bottles of fentanyl each containing 100mcg are missing from pharmacy in Huntsville Hospital.
Reported to police/investigation now.

Please keep this confidential but be on high alert if anyone coming to ER with OD symptoms or symptoms that could result from it’s use.

Pharmacy called me to alert ER MDS! Please do not discuss or disclose this to anyone.
